i was contacted by their recruiter who did not ask questions of what i am looking for exactly or what they offer, the recruiter then arranged a meeting with the manager who thought i had applied for the position, so some internal miscommunication, i felt uncomfortable as i was expecting some insight on the position and not bragging about himself and how he does things amazingly, i would not want to work with that kind of management, very condescending
