Initial phone screeningCloudflare recruiting is by far the worst I have experienced in my 4 years of job search. Their recruiter's ghosted me for the same position I interviewed months back. Then the hiring manager picked up. On the day of the call, he calls 9 minutes late to say he doesn't think the position aligns with your future goals. Avoid this company. There are plenty of others who are leading in the area cloudflare operates and they are not as unprofessional as cloudflare recruiting is. The recruiting impression is so bad for me that I will discourage anyone who wants to interview with them.
