My last interviewer, was distracted the entire time. He never looked at me when I spoke, and he was just chatting away because his laptop kept beeping. I asked if it was still a good time to interview since he seemed busy, he said there was an SI that he is working on but it was fine. He asked me how I would secure my computer, I answered him and sat there until he realized I was done. The other 5 interviewers were great, was sure I was going to get an offer until I talked to this guy. Next time, Please reschedule or have someone else interview who can focus on the candidate.
