Long, absurd, and a waste of everyone’s time. 10+ interviews, which would be fine if they were actually interviews, or had any relevance to the role. Aside from the first interview the remaining calls were uneventful, and didn’t offer any insight into the position or company despite questions I asked. Moreover, it was drawn out over 4-5 weeks. Advice: just invite me down or let’s knock this all out in a day. Finally, the case interview at the end was random, beyond ambiguous, and very different from the case prompt provided ahead of time. I’ve both facilitated and participated in case interviews, and no one could prepare for this based on the info provided, and it was irrelevant to the position. I hope this helps improve the process moving forward for other candidates.
