I applied online. I interviewed at Cloudflare (London, England) in Oct 2022
Interview
Incredibly long process that included an initial interview, a task, interviews with 5-6 team members and the hiring manager and a final presentation with a panel. The process took about 2-3 months only to be told at the very end that they were freezing all new hiring processes.
The interview process is long with many different interviews. You also need to do an assignment for which you speak with about 5 colleagues (technical and nontechnical). It gives you a good impression of the company though. Final conversation is with senior leadership.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Cloudflare (Dubai) in May 2024
Interview
A recruiter reached out to me regarding a CSM role, the role was very technical and required lots of work.
I was told it was 4 rounds and i did two, but had to withdraw my application as round 3 was an assessment that needed lots of time to work on, which i didn’t have.
Also the role included more than 50% of traveling which i thought is a lot for a CSM role.
Overall, they seemed like nice people
