The process started with an interview with the Hiring Manager, then after one week with HR, and one week later a new interview with HR once again. After two weeks, there was an "orange interview" for cultural fitness and a panel interview to present a Business Review the same day. Two weeks later an interview with a C-Level, by this time HR never replied none of my e-mails to know the status of the process, so I reached the Hiring Manager which said that they would like to move forward with me, but they needed one more interview with another C-Level that never happened. Besides I had to talk with HR to know about the compensation and job requirements. At this moment, four weeks have passed after the last interview. Never received the offer or the time for the seventh interview. Fortunately, I was in a couple of selection processes too, and once I reached the last stages of those processes, I decided to tell them that I received a few other job offers, almost immediately I received an e-mail from the Hiring Manager and HR asking me if I was interested in those companies. So, to not waste more time with them, I asked them about the possibility of working remotely, they said it was not possible and the Hiring Manager sent me an email saying that they were not comfortable moving forward with me. Then, the process that took over three months and took many hours to get prepared was over.
