The process started off smooth and quick. First two interviews were behavioral and then moved onto the take home assessment where I actually canceled my spring break trip for this. The take home assessment also requires you to spend your own money to purchase a domain name... After I submitted the assessment within 2 days, I was ghosted for 3 weeks without any contact at all, despite reaching out multiple times. After 3 weeks, they sent me a rejection email. They are friendly people, but the process and communication could definitely use some improvement.
