Interview
This interview seemed like a scam where they were only interviewing me to give a junior engineering manager practice at interviewing manager candidates. She couldn't answer basic questions about the company and the role, she didn't care about my background, and just launched right into a set of questions you would normally get from a hiring manager slot. She was a terrible interviewer. My answers were solid, but I got a rejection promptly the next morning. This process seemed super sketchy and scammy. I would avoid Cloudflare because they don't seem to care about people at all.
