I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Clyde's Restaurant Group (Washington, DC)
Interview
Got the interview through a friend. Talked to a floor manager for maybe 20 minutes. Had a job when I left. Started out as a waiter--was promoted to bartender after about a year and a half. I've seen a lot of people show up looking like crap. You should probably wear something dressy, even if not a suit. It may just be a restaurant job, but you should still look like you take care of yourself.

Application
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Clyde's Restaurant Group (Washington, DC) in May 2022
Interview
I was grilled about my work history, which is fair. The interviewer specifically focused on the amount of time I spent at each place I worked in the past year. Clearly, he wasn't pleased with that or my reasons for moving on. I knew immediately he wasn't interested in moving forward in the interview process with me.
