Applied online and when successful was sent an online assessment Via email. When successful I was emailed to organize a face to face interview with the manager of the store. It took 2 weeks to get my contract through.

Ery straight forward more like a life experience and to find out just about you and all your skills in a very informal friendly manner. It felt more like a chat in a bar than interview
