First there was a phone interview with Human Resources Management Team where they have asked about the experiences on my CV and my personal projects and interests. Then followed an in person interview with MP Manager where he asked a lot of questions on the projects I have completed in the past and the challenges that I have faced and how was I able to solve them.

Competency/ Example based. Asked questions that I had no prior knowledge of ,but said I should have practiced my answers ??!!! How can one practice answers for previously unknown questions ? Ludicrous.
