Online application followed by a face to face in person interview and trial shift to show my experience. Was not bad however, I felt that they knew they didn't want me on board,
This doesn't sound like our interview process. You don't appear to state where this was, so it may have been with one of the other Co-op groups. We don't currently have trial shifts as part of our process.
