Initially, the reviews on Glassdoor didn’t make me want to interview with CoStar, but I decided to give it a chance. The process started with a smooth and professional recruiter call, followed by an engaging interview where the questions were thoughtful and challenging. I felt confident that I answered everything well, and the conversation was genuine and professional, leaving me very impressed with the team. However, despite following up politely three times with the recruiter and once with the hiring manager over the course of three weeks, I never received any feedback or response. The complete lack of communication after the interview was disappointing and left me feeling undervalued as a candidate. While the interview itself was excellent, the poor post-interview communication is definitely an area where CoStar could improve.
