Coalition Development Underwriter interview questions

My interview process began when I was approached by a current team member who invited me for an informal coffee to discuss a potential opening and gauge my interest in the position. Following this initial conversation, I was invited to a lunch with two team members, including the Managing Director. During this meeting, we discussed the responsibilities of the role, my background and experience, my understanding of security principles, the underwriting market, and how i thought my skills could complement the existing team. After this, I participated in several virtual interviews via Google Meet with additional team members. These included a counterpart in the same role from a different region, the role’s direct manager, and members of the security team. The process was thorough and provided an insightful overview of the company culture and expectations for the position.
