Interview
It started with an internal manager reaching out about an open position within the team. After confirming my willingness to hear more about the role, one of Coalition's recruiters reached out for a phone interview. We had a successful chat surrounding the role, benefits, salary expectations, and next steps. I had 3 rounds of interviews within a 2 week time frame and was offered the position - which i gladly accepted.

They were related to Cyber insurance niche questions
4 rounds including recruiter, underwriter, supervisor and manager. Questions were largely about fit and culture. There were very few technical questions but I recall they did ask about how I would approach underwriting a SME or mid-market risk.
