Very smooth and seamless process. I knew what to expect and was well prepared for next steps in the interview process.
I met with a total of four people on the team from various functions within the org. The manner of interviews was very professional as well as informative. Each interviewer left plenty of time for me to ask questions throughout the interview process.
Overall a very positive experience!
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Asked about background and experience at a high level and then dove into areas that were important skills/traits for the role.
I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Coalition (San Francisco, CA) in Nov 2021
Interview
Did a one on one video meeting with one of their Recruiters. The Recruiter was nice but scattered. They were very busy with hiring so that's understandable. We had a very good conversation and she even told me strait out that I was a much better fit than others she had interviewed. We ran out of time so she said she'd like to continue the conversation, perhaps as early as later that evening. Then I never heard from her again.
