I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Coalition
Interview
Pretty transparent process, interviewed with three total people via remote interview - questions ranging from industry to workflow management process. Heavy focus on cyber insurance and security. Overall nice folks and easy to talk to with a bold mission.

Question 1
What are your thoughts on a type of industry and how to undewrite
Long interview process and lots of questions asked for an hour plus and didn’t seem very conversational I would have preferred a less structured approach to the interview process I did not get an offer from the company
I applied in-person. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Coalition (London, England)
Interview
Had four interviews before being offered the role. These were relaxed and mostly to find out about who I am as a person and what I wanted from a role. I had the opportunity to ask lots of questions about the company and felt very at ease during the whole process. It did take a couple of months to get the outcome but overall a really positive experience. I didn’t engage with any recruiter until the offer stage and this was all managed with in the business area as I hadn’t applied through typical means.
