I truly enjoyed the interview process with Coalition! After an initial phone call with the recruiter, I had a Zoom interview with the hiring manager. I walked them through a favorite project of mine and answered a few questions, then asked some of my own. Following that interview, I spoke with 3 other team members in separate interviews. Each interview was very conversational, and it was great to get multiple perspectives on working at Coalition!
