I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Coalition (Cape Charles, VA) in Jun 2023
Interview
I was fortunate to have been reached out to by a recruiter. At that point we set up a 15 minute call about if I was interested in applying or not, and once confirming I was, I just submitted my resume and got started. My recruiter was very helpful in explaining the interview process, systems used for the process, and just being available for any questions I had. As I met with each of my interviewers, I was very surprised at how relaxed everyone was. It was not a buttoned up, formal interview. Each interviewer explained what the Company was about in their own words, explained what their job was, and then just asked me to share my background. I did have your standard what makes you different and/or tell me about a time you disagreed with someone answers. But they truly made it a casual conversation which put me at ease, especially considering I went through interviews with 6 different people. I was just true to myself and honest with my answers and how I portrayed myself.
