The interview process was very professionally conducted. The scheduling was a breeze and my interviewers were very professional. I was made comfortable and the questions asked were very relevant. Also the team was very patient in answering all my queries as well. One thing that really stood out was their follow ups and transparency in all the possible steps.

Interview
Had an initial HR screening, then a video call with the Hiring Manager. Next step was to work on a take home case study, submit the working spreadsheets and create presentation slides. After that, presented it to the hiring manager.
Spent the entire time asking about what school i went to and why I did not attend an Ivy. These guys really get off to university pedigree. You would think that, being well educated, they would know that school acceptance is correlated/tied highly to parents education levels and is a low indicator of raw intelligence, work ethic, and meritocracy.
