Attempts at clarifying the process were ignored, along with most of my emails between the recruiter and I. There were two roles open and I was interviewing for both, but didn’t know which person and dept I was interviewing until the call started. My last interviewer was distracted and not paying attention to our conversation. He ultimately passed on me but then emailed me a few months later asking for competitive intel.
