Interview
The recruiter reached out to me and it was the best part because he helped me see the company values and the opportunities. Insurance wasn't on the top of my mind but I was very interested in security. The business overview he provided me was very insightful and a big part of understanding the disruption Coalition is about.
The interviews are behavioural interviews that folks have probably seen before, but I like that each other is centered around the company values. This made sense to me as it help clarify each interview type. The interviews were standard questions probing into my work experience.
Lastly love some of the salary comparison tools and working with the recruiter to best understand my personal family situations during negotiations.
