Very slick and easy to book an slot with the interviewer. Communication from internal recruiter was always great and very helpful. Process was explained well and didn't drag on for a long time once interviews had started.

The interview process was very quick and efficient, in the space of 7 working days I had applied via LinkedIn, Had a screening call, and 4 interviews. I believe the role was suited for me and made my availability wide, which may have sped up the process of interviews.

Interview
I had an interview for the BD position with coalition. The conversation was very pleasant. First there was a short introduction round. I was then allowed to introduce myself and had to answer several questions about my experience und relationships to brokers. Shortly after the interview, I already had the feedback that I would receive an offer. The hiring process was very well organised. My experience was 10/10.
