The Talent Team at Coalition were proactive and helped to streamline the entire process and were always on hand for queries. The interview itself was a multi-stage process, following the usual format of: first stage, checking that fit, suitability and expectations align; second stage, technical interview; third stage, checking behaviour and culture fit. The interviews were conducted by senior people, who were open and honest, even when posed with questions that some interviewers might try to dodge or lie about. The Talent Team kept in contact throughout, providing updates and information so that I wasn't left waiting around and wondering (although the whole process moved along quickly anyway). One of my best interview experiences so far.
