Interview
4 stages:
1. HR screen (30 mins)
2. Take home SQL coderpad (1 hour)
3. Hiring manager screen (1 hour)
4. Onsite - SQL (1 hour), analytics (1 hour), behavioural with PM (1 hour), bar raiser (1 hour)
Fairly standard SQL and analytics questions so no surprises. A bit of a lengthy process but overall enjoyable as everyone was extremely friendly and conversational. The recruiter was very helpful with answering all my questions.

Interview had the typical recruiter screening video call, hiring manager, tech/skill assessment, director interview, and offer stage.
Everyone I had a chance to meet was super nice, excited about bringing new talent to the Company, and Coalition's roadmap.

Professional background, business and data situations like "How would you handle conflicting priorities" or "How do you present technical topics to a non-technical audience".
For tech skill, there were a few SQL-related questions and Python. Nothing too difficult and completely within the expectations of tech company screening tests.

Great interview process; 2 technical rounds (SQL, Python), a case study, a few cross functional ones, and optional ones that you can request if you want to learn more about people you'd work with.
Recruiter was awesome: very responsive and provided tips before some of the more critical interviews.

SQL: joining, grouping, what trends you see in a sample bar chart
Python: build a simple model to predict claim amount using features a, b, c, etc.
Case study: product B is doing a lot better than product A, even though they are almost identical. Explore questions why.
