I applied through their website and Dave, the recruiter, reached out to me through email for a quick call. We talked about the role, and my past experience and then set up a technical interview for a week later. After the first technical interview I spoke with Dave again who gave me feedback on the first interview and set up a second technical round. The technical problems were straight forward and not super hard, but these interviews also asked behavioural and culture fit questions. After passing both technical interviews, Dave reached out again and set up an interview with the hiring manager. This was a classic "Tell me about a time" question type interview. The whole process took less than a month and was quite quick, everyone was super nice and helpful. In my particular case, I had some trouble with my paperwork, which delayed my start date but the recruitment team was very accommodating and supported me through the whole process.
