First was a screening call with the technical recruiter, I received that call within 3 days of applying for the role. Next was a call with the hiring manager, which led to the recruiter assigning me a take home assessment that took about 6 hours. After submitting the assessment, I heard back from the recruiter about 3 days later saying I've been selected to move to the next stage. This entailed a panel of 3 individuals in which this role would work directly with, from there it was one last interview with the head of the department. I received an offer about 1.5 days after the last interview. Overall, the process took about 2-3 weeks and they were very willing to move quickly as I requested.
