Interview
A phonescreen with a recruiter (Dave), two technicals (code and case), and then a panel loop (senior leadership, senior technical, hiring manager).
I want to highlight something here: this is the best interview process I've ever been on. People were respectful of my time and interested in my candidacy, and this is the first time I've actually seen a recruiter invest themselves in the candidate. Dave proactively prepped me for the loop, and even afterward, closed the loop by offering a constructive feedback session. Most recruiters just vanish after you're no longer a candidate. I was not expecting this level of care, and I deeply appreciated it.

I really enjoyed this case: given a particular dataset, complete a series of analytical tasks into the data, and draw some conclusions from it. Most importantly, how would the conclusions and action items change if presenting to the actuarial team, or the operations team, or the customer success team, or to leadership.

The recruiter approached me on Linkedin -- phone screen -- hiring manager screen -- take-home exercise -- meet with team, 5 rounds -- meet with recruiter and then hiring manager to discuss offer. All is done via Google meet. The process is professional, comprehensive yet still easy-going. The recruiter, hiring manager and teammates are delightful to interact with.
