It is an open source interview. That is, they advertise and explicitly state the interview process on their website. It is a fairly standard tech interview process. That is: 1 - Initial non-tech phone call with a recruiter 2 - Online coderpad style interview 3 - onsite tech interview The only gimmicks they add are an interview where you walk through a design problem that you choose, typically something you designed in the past. The second gimmick they preach is that everyone interviewing you wasn't allowed to look at your resume, in order to "eliminate bias".
