Innovative and interesting concept, but not well thought out or well executed in my case. I went to the practical stage after the recruiter and hiring manager meetings. Further interviewers dd not see my resume or previous interview notes - designed to remove bias or peer influence. Unfortunately, one of the interviews was rescheduled at very short notice - these things can happen. When we met a week later, I was surprised that there was no mention of the rescheduling or acknowledgement of my inconvenience. It felt like the person wanted to be somewhere else. After 3+ months, 6 screens/ interviews and much time and effort put into the practical exercises, I received a decline email with no tangible feedback. I only met HR & TA people from the US, nobody from the EMEA business, which I thought was a missed opportunity.
