Interview
After clearing a written test which consisted of Quant and Logical Reasoning questions,
I was interviewed by two senior Cognizant employees. They asked questions which tested my knowledge in my field of Engineering. Also, asked me the reason to be part of Cognizant - I shared the details about the company profits that year and its exponential growth and work culture as the main reasons. Interviewer gave a firm handshake towards the end and mentioned results will be out soon. I felt it was an easy going interview.I was one of the 3 students selected from my engineering class of 90 students.
Smooth interview process as well as it was very interesting with ample feedback at the end. I enjoyed the conversation a lot and coverted the interview and accepted the offer.
