AMCAT Conducted a Online Test( Quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, English)
Cut off was around 60%( I score near 65%)
results were announced a week after
Step 2
I was called for technical interview
Tech interview was very good as folks from cognizant focused on "How the candidate handles the interview process" more than how much he knows. you have to very clear in what you say and you should know basics of (C,,JAVA,OS)
Step 3
Little chit chat with Super awesome HR's they try to know you and more you speak more then can judge you, this round was my favorite
