Very easy recruitment process:
1) Aptitude test -Amcat based test which contains aptitude,logical and verbal questions followed by Automata test where we need to solve at least one programming question.
2) Technical Interview-Shortlisted candidates were called for TR at pune cognizant facility.TR is conducted mailnly on project,basics of databases and programming.
3) HR Interview- In HR,basic HR discussion and signing of documents for shifts and relocation.
