The whole recruitment process comprises of 3 steps :
1. Aptitude Test - Quantitative Reasoning, Logical Reasoning, English
2. Technical Interview
3. HR Interview
Aptitude Round is fairly easy, if u have practiced for it. 15 days preparation works fine.
After that comes the technical round.
Technical round is the difficult one.
HR Round is merely a formality - They analyze your flexibility, learn-ability and personality.
Also a document is signed that you know everything - your role, location and joining date depends totally on their business requirements.
Advises :
Be Confident In whatever knowledge you have.
Don't try to confuse the interviewer, if you don't have a clear idea of any topic.
Describe your projects and internship well. (Good to have a few topics in mind beforehand)
Whatsoever technology you have worked upon, have fundamentals clear first.
Accept their feedback positively, but argue wherever you are sure of your opinion.
