You'll get to learn a lot of new things. Apart from other organisations, Cognizant followed a well organised curriculum for interns. After getting placed, based on your academic background you'll be alotted with specific domains and will be given training on that. We also had behavioral and wellness sessions. We got an industry level experience. COVID - 19 didn't affect us much, because we were told to WFH for internship. At office we get to work along with the colleagues and business people but when we worked at home it was not so overwhelming. We missed our office and the people over there. Overall, the internship was great and especially Cognizant was really amazing and welcoming for freshers. Thank you.

only one round of technical interview for senior position, and hr execution was not proper, they didn;t connect when needed and no proper negotiation of salary either since shortlisting for interview
The interview was primarily technical, concentrating on C#, .NET, SQL, and API concepts. Questions tested understanding of core principles and practical application. The process was straightforward, professional, and focused on technical depth.
