Não continuei com o processo seletivo por que não gostei da abordagem inicial. A recrutadora entrou em contato comigo via Linkedin e me chamou para um bate papo inicial sobre a vaga. Só que quando fomos fazer o papo inicial, entrou também um Android Engineer da empresa e começou a fazer perguntas técnicas. Não fui avisada de que teria pergunta técnica nesta etapa. Nós como candidatos precisamos entender como é cada etapa da entrevista, para que possamos nos preparar adequadamente. Por causa disso decidi não continuar com o processo.
