The interview process at Cognizant for the Programme Analyst role consisted of three rounds. The first was an online aptitude test covering logical reasoning, quantitative aptitude, and verbal ability. The second round was a technical interview, where I was asked questions on Python, SQL, and basic problem-solving. The final round was an HR interview, where they asked about my background, strengths, career goals, and willingness to relocate. The entire process was smooth, and communication was timely and clear.
