Smooth, clear. Nice environment. I was debating whether to become an agent or employee and I went for becoming an agent but the interview Recess but was easy and I liked the culture.

Phone interview and then an in office interview. Everyone who worked in the office was very nice and welcoming. The interview was not too challenging, I worked at another office previous to applying so I believe that helped.

Had to interview with various people in the group. Everyone wanted something different from the position with little to no overlap of expectations. They initially wanted someone full time but ended up hiring two part time employees.
