There was a brief phone interview around 20-30 minutes to ask a couple of case questions. After the interview I had to wait 2-3 weeks before someone emailed me to coordinate an in person interview. Then, there was in person interview on campus.

Brief interview, less than 30 minutes. Asked me to walk them through my resume. They really liked the background I had with lab skills because this is a R&D position. Also asked how I worked under pressure.
