It was campus placement. Whole process had gone through 3 steps including online aptitude test , then shortlisted candidates gone for GD. Mine group gd topic was "God is a male or female?" Topic was assigned by interviewer. He was v humble though was clear about that everyone should follow basic rules while doing GD. Last step was personal interview which included introduction. .qualification. .work experience. .then asked situational questions. . Overall process was v positively handled. ..
So I applied off campus and it starts with a basic aptitude test followed by an Interview with a Collabera manager and if you are through ends with a HR call telling about your CTc and benefits (that's what when I applied)
