I was treated with the utmost dignity and respect on this job. The training process lasted about 2 days, and the company funded my plane ticket and provided a rental car so I could get to the headquarters in Morristown, New Jersey. I was educated on the business process of locating and placing qualified staff in jobs, and how the company fit in as the middle man in that process. After returning home I was assisted in locating office space for the company, an the staff helped me every day at a distance until they were able to relocate staff to the Glen Allen location.
