Got a cal for F2F interview. 3 rounds: Technical, Managerial and HR. Once technical and managerial are done HR is just a formality

Round 1: technical Round ...Here they try to check the basic in the person in the technology he is coming . then gradually increase to ask the tricky question both from core java and J2EE technology. Some time give program to code also. Round 2: Manager Round: In this round the manager tries to check the process you know in SDLC model and would try to give you some scenario and ask for suggestion and action on it. They just try to check the presence of the mind of the individual on a certain scenario. Round 3 : HR round: They ask of the basic question about you as a person and will try to tell you about the company profile as well as the culture been followed here.Always ask for more as much as possible. If you have an offer and less time to join then you can ask for more on it also.
