There was first an HR Interview, followed by Technical Interview, which was taken by the senior team members of that particular city office. The technical interview followed whatever was mentioned in the CV. They asked questions about experiences mentioned in that.

Initial phone interview with office manager 20 min. In person interview several hours - conversational and casual with typical interview questions “tell me about yourself” met Managing director, retail broker, capital markets broker, office leasing broker, and a marketing person

No technical questions. Just why you want to do RE and if your looking to stay long term. Are you willing to live close to the office and making sure you understand the difficulty of the job for the first couple years.
