I attended 4 to 5 interviews with Colliers International. After accepting the job offer it took 2-3 months of me chasing them to get any formal written job offer or contract. Obviously I was in limbo this whole time, and was never reassured or offered an explanation until I pestered the company for weeks on end - I was continuously told 'The contract will be put in the post tomorrow'

Interview
First-round interview with a Senior Manager in 30 mins. The interview atmosphere was friendly and conversational. Questions focused on my previous experience, communication skills, and understanding of the role. Overall, the interviewer was professional and approachable.
Contacted within 2 weeks. Phone call screening, video interview with the hiring manager, video interview with exec team, and then in person interview to present offer. Everyone was very friendly, and the process was smooth.
