The email specifically stated the company wasn't looking for sales people.. yet after a 3 HOUR (no warning that it would take 3 hours) "Career briefing" it turned out to be a pyramid scheme of B2B Cold door to door sales of benefits packages. There's even a $250 start up fee-which they state they will give back to you after a month with an additional $200 "fun" money. The actual interview portion itself only lasted 10 minutes of the three hours. Had to ask several times before the career briefer finally admitted that the "meetings with clients" were you just walking into businesses and then asking that business owner for a reference of other businesses who would want their voluntary benefits. You work with a "sales manager" who gets a portion of what you bring in as well... Definitely not worth the 3 hours or the hour drive there and back.
