Initial conversation about the position, followed by interview with potential District General Agent and being "hired" as a Sales Rep. When it came to Management Interview (30 days later), there was a panel type interview with 6 people doing the interviewing and 2 people being interviewed, individually. I sat with the entire panel for directions on how the process would go, then broke out into 3 sessions, meeting with 2 individuals each time. After a short processing time, 2 days or so, I was called and formally offered the position.
