I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Colonial Life & Accident Insurance Co. (Denver, CO) in May 2024
Interview
Weird and vague
A phone interview initially.
Next step was a zoom meeting that was primarily about her showing me the job. It felt salesy like she was making money off me being hired. Come to find out that’s exactly how it works and she would make money off me being hired.
Lady told me what she thought I wanted to hear. I asked very specific questions and was given a run around answer.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Colonial Life & Accident Insurance Co. (Arkansas City, AR)
Interview
Easy interview after getting an interview set up online. It was the typical insurance job interview. Easy questions. They described the company to me and what the job role would be.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Colonial Life & Accident Insurance Co. (Naperville, IL)
Interview
Was offered an interview by email. I arrived at my scheduled time then realized it was not an interview, rather a 2 hour lecture on how great the company is and how much money you can make.
Was going to leave in the middle but the interviewer / presenter just never stopped talking. Waste of time and money to get there.
YOU MUST PAY TO JOIN THE SALES TEAM. Screams scam.
