Very relaxed. They just want to know if you're a good fit to work with people and children . You should have exemplary customer service AND availability. Nights, weekends and holidays are needed to work here.

Do you have any experience working with children or art?
one quick virtual interview, basic questions about my background & interest in working there, they asked what do I know about the company and what I knew about how the store works
Received a call as I was driving home. Told Me they would like to schedule interview. Scheduled it and went in. They asked about 10 questions. Easy process and was hired .
Took place over zoom, it was very short and easy and basic interview questions. Asked about strengths and weaknesses, how I work with kids, how have I handled a difficult situation with a customer in the past
