I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Color Me Mine (Salt Lake City, UT) in Aug 2015
Interview
I had a friend who currently worked there and asked her if they were hiring, she told me yes. I came in and gave my friend my resume to then give to the manager. The manager read my resume and told my friend to tell me I was hired. They never interviewed me or even met me. The first time I met the manager was my first day of working there. Every person they hired after me went the same way. No wonder the turn over rate is sky high.

Very short and to the point. Asked me a few questions about my work experience then explained the type of things you would do on a normal shift. Overall, they barely asked me any questions.
