Applied and got an email a week later to schedule a phone interview for a specific time. Actually had to call in because I was waiting for 30 mins after the scheduled time. We talked, they scheduled an in-person interview the next day, we talked again at the location and was hired on the spot.

They didn't really ask questions, they just told me about what they do there and they gave me a tour around the store.
one quick virtual interview, basic questions about my background & interest in working there, they asked what do I know about the company and what I knew about how the store works
Received a call as I was driving home. Told Me they would like to schedule interview. Scheduled it and went in. They asked about 10 questions. Easy process and was hired .
Took place over zoom, it was very short and easy and basic interview questions. Asked about strengths and weaknesses, how I work with kids, how have I handled a difficult situation with a customer in the past
